YGK Galis fluorocarbon absorber is a premium quality Japanese made fluorocarbon that is perfect for many salt and freshwater applications. It is virtually invisible underwater which will improve your strike rate, has excellent knot strength, high abrasion resistance and increased sensitivity. The large diameter, easy dispensing spool is very easy to use on the water and creates less memory for better casts and instant hook sets.

Supple and strong. Fished this leader off the rocks for Kingfish for half a season now and am very happy with it. Clear in the water, more abrasion resistant than mono leaders, supple for nice lure action and FG or PR knots still bite, since it’s not too hard.

I was recently introduced to YGK absorber leader by a mate. What can I say. It is one of the best leaders I have used. Very strong and can withstand a lot of abrasion. I mainly use it for reef fishing and jigging. Hasn’t let me down and don’t think it will. Cant wait to use it for heavy reef fishing. 10 out of 10 from me.
