The Synotek MICRO Twin Assist Rig – EXTRA HEAVY DUTY is new for 2020 and has been specifically produced from our specifications to be utilised on the smaller micro jigs (20g – 80g) as traditionally assist rigs on the market today are light gauge and can’t handle the impact from targeting big reef species like Red Emperor, Nannygai, Golden Snapper, Coral Trout etc. Another problem we found was that most twin assist rigs designed for micro jigs were too long and therefore didn’t have the ability to run a twin assist at either end.

The Synotek micro twin assist rig – extra heavy duty is made with high quality 130lb Varivas SS Assist Cord and features a Kudoko style HD hook.
