Free Delivery / Shipping

We want you to be 100% confident!!  At Elite Tackle, your confidence in our shipping is mandatory. We want you to rest assured that your purchased item will arrive at your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Elite Tackle is completely committed to shipping your order extremely fast.  In fact, we will ship your order within 24 - 48 hours (depending on week-ends, public holidays and office closure).

We can ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, you receive an estimate for the shipping costs upon check-out. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We mainly use Australia Post as our shipping provider. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next weight increment.

Please be aware that Elite Tackle are not responsible for delays with postal & freight services. Elite Tackle are also not responsible for any missing parcels or damage caused by the postal and freight services whilst in transit, however, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where we can.

Please be rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure that your items are packaged with care to avoid this.

Free Express delivery applied on orders with a total purchase price of $150.00 and over (except for goods that require special delivery) within Australia. Express Australia Post delivery fee of $10.00 applies to all orders with a total purchase price under $150.00 within Australia.

The average delivery times for Express delivery are:

2-3 business days for Australia wide.

3-4 business days for WA and rural areas.

This Free Express delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.

International shipping will be automatically calculated before check-out and is based on the weight and destination. Please also note that freight for international shipping for larger items may incur additional costs. Please contact us at info@elitetackle.com.au for a quote.

These terms & conditions apply to the ordering, purchase and delivery of goods from the website and in store.

These terms & conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing and delivery of goods, including limitation of liability.

Compliance with Terms

You will be bound by these terms & conditions each time you place an order.

Placing Orders for Goods

You acknowledge that all goods purchased under these terms & conditions are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold.

Elite Tackle will not be liable for loss or delay to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.

Elite Tackle reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. If Elite Tackle rejects your order you will receive a refund of any money paid.

Availability of Goods

From time to time, some goods may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or provide a refund for the goods impacted.

We may withdraw or suspend from sale any good displayed on the website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. Elite Tackle will not be liable to you for any loss you suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular good.

Where a good which is the subject of an order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the good has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to us.

Elite Tackle reserves the right not to honour any incorrect offers represented on the website made by genuine human or system error. Where your order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in a description, an image, price or otherwise), we will reject that part of the order affected by the error. You will be refunded the value of that part of your order affected by the error, and Elite Tackle will fulfil the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your order, you can return your order to us under the Returns Policy.

If your order is affected by a genuine error (including in a description, an image or a price), we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any money paid to us.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. all pictures and images of goods displayed are for illustrative purposes only;
2. any accessory featured with the goods is for illustrative purposes only; and
3. where we provide dimensions and measurements in the description of a good, the dimensions may vary slightly in real life, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each good is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your delivery address for delivery of the good).

Price and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price and any applicable delivery fee.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and, if GST applies, inclusive of GST. Any fees and charges (including delivery fees) imposed by these terms & conditions also include GST where applicable.

Elite Tackle reserves the right to change or alter prices without notice to you. If you have already submitted an order at a particular price, we will supply your goods at that price (unless your order is affected by a pricing error).

Payment methods are specified on check out.

Any payment for an order must be cleared by Elite Tackle before goods are dispatched.

In paying or attempting to pay for goods, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any Law.

Lay-by is not available for online orders.

Order Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied !! At Elite Tackle, you the customer are our top priority. If you're not happy, we're not happy. 

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our office on 0412 548 501 within 14 days to receive a reference number for a full store credit or merchandise exchange.  All we ask is that you return the item to us and include a copy of the receipt, packaging slip or invoice with the returned item as well as brief note explaining the reason for the return and whether it’s a refund or exchange. Please include your name, phone number, shipping address and email address as well in the note. It is that simple and easy.

All returned items MUST be in the brand new condition.  If items have been worn or used, this will void the returnability of that particular item.

Please also note that additional postage charges will apply.

You should carefully check that your order is accurate before you submit it. Elite Tackle will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided, including an incorrect delivery address.

Delivery fees will not be refunded if you return goods for change of mind or you made an incorrect selection, including if you ordered the incorrect size, colour etc.

Goods can only be returned in accordance with these terms & conditions.

Elite Tackle will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.

Larger goods cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has been delivered.

Promotions and Discounts

You may receive online offers and promotions. Some offers may include a promotional or coupon code for use when placing an order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the code is valid, and that you enter the code at the time of placing an order. The code cannot be applied after you have submitted your order. Separate terms may apply to the use of the code. Any code is non-transferable, cannot be posted on a forum or website and may not be used with other offers.

All references to times in promotions are based on the local time in Queensland unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

Personal information, which you provide to us during the order, or in store including contact details, will be kept, used for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

Unless otherwise indicated in your account settings or at the time you place your order, Elite Tackle may send you marketing information.

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences), simply login to your account.
